I hope the teachers have the sense to reward him for the effort he is making!!
I really miss having pets!! had to sell my 2 large goldfish because they got too large for 20 gallon tank...and I had trained them a few tricks which people enjoyed seeing them do!! A dog suddenly running around the house would scare the crap outta me!!! When I was about 7 we came home from town and my dog was running in circles in a field, I called her, but dad said NO and ushered us into the house, he grabbed a rifle went out and shot the dog...it had rabies!! so a running dog for no reason would petrify me!!
