Tata's Nano will set the benchmark and that it will force others car makers as well the bike manufacturers cut their prices as well.

To overcome this issue, the two-wheeler makers have to cut down their prices as already mentioned or try their luck in small car segment like Bajaj Auto with their new small car project.
