         <title>Floods or Foe?</title>

         <description>&lt;p&gt;Water can&amp;nbsp;reflect our hardships almost exactly.&amp;nbsp; The normal flow&amp;nbsp;keeps us content&amp;nbsp;through the season but then when we are not expecting it a flash flood will come and wash everything down and disorganize our whole lives.&amp;nbsp; Some people will get swept away in the flow and not be able to recover, the strong ones will be able to swim to saftey and save lives.&amp;nbsp; The ironic &amp;quot;catch&amp;quot; is that the 100 year flood that just messed everything up, still has a 1 in  ...</description>
